AGREEMENT for SERVICE required to QUALIFY FOR 10% DISCOUNT

The undersigned hereby engages Credit Reports World, Ltd. to provide standard commercial credit reports on companies located throughout the world. By entering into this arrangement the client automatically qualifies for a 10% discount on all prices posted in the Regular Agreement schedule. The credit reports will be delivered to the undersigned as specifically ordered, complete in format to the degree of the cooperation of the subject company's officers / owners with the investigating agent. These reports are delivered to the undersigned with the understanding that their purpose is for its exclusive use in supporting the making of decisions in extending credit, for insurance, or for marketing and for no other purposes. CRW will not be held responsible or liable for any loss considered the result of any of the information contained in any of its reports as delivered.

CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT

A. The undersigned agrees to pay, upon signing, the advance sum of US$________ ($1,000 minimum). That sum will be treated as an advance against payment for all reports ordered by the client, and delivered by CRW. A debit will be entered by CRW as applicable to the then established SPECIAL AGREEMENT price schedule.

B. The client will be issued a statement of the status of the advance sum with each report delivered.

C. Once the advance sum is reduced by debits from ordered/delivered reports to an amount of US$100. or less, a replenishment invoice for US$1,000., will be issued to the client, to be paid under the same agreement as specified in point A. above. Client will first be consulted on this matter.

D. All amounts remaining in the advance sum will be considered the property of the client, and will be returned to the client, if requested, subject to giving 30 days advance notice to CRW.

E. This agreement commences as of the date of signing. There is no termination date applicable.

F. The Regular price schedule shown below is applicable as of this date and will remain in effect, until such time an adjustment is to be made and CRW gives the client a 30 day notice of that change.
