In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, this institution has a complaints book at your disposal

    Before we begin, tell us the place where the events of the claim occurred:

    *Claim: Dissatisfaction related to projects or services.

    *Complaint: Dissatisfaction not related to projects or services; or discomfort or discontent regarding customer service.

    4. Observations and actions taken by the provider

    Description: “As it is a virtual claim, your case will be referred to the customer service area, in order to respond within the legally established term.

    5. I authorize notification of the result of the claim to the consigned mail

    * The formulation of the claim does not prevent the person from resorting to other dispute resolution channels nor is it a prerequisite.

    * The provider must respond to the claim within a period not exceeding (30) thirty calendar days, and may extend the period up to (30) thirty more days, prior communication to the consumer.
